Austin Listening Party for New Maldita Vecindad

Fans of the Latin rock legends, Maldita Vecindad y los Hijos del Quinto Patio, have reason to rejoice on March 30th when Maldita releases their first studio album in 13 years. The new album, Circular Colectivo, will be released on Nacional Records. As we have with every Nacional Records release this year, my crew and I at Austin Vida will be hosting the Austin listening party at Mi Casa Tamales & Cantina on 503 East 6th street.



As usual, we will be giving away copies of the new album and some cool Nacional Records schwag. Our big give away this time is even bigger than before. The good folks who put on Pachanga Fest have given us two tickets to give away to one lucky winner. Pachanga Fest is the premiere Latino music fest in Austin. This year brings Nacional Records artists Bomba Estereo and Pacha Massive. All you have to do to win is be present at the listening party and get your ticket number drawn. It's that easy.

We are also giving away another big prize at the Maldita listening party. We will be giving another lucky winner two tickets to see Sexy Marvin at Stubb's on March 31st. Sexy Marvin is an indie band from Monterrey, that sings in English actually, that made its name opening for bands like The Killers and Coldplay. They will be playing with local indie band, Vinyl Dharma. You must be present to win those tickets as well.
